Utilizing VCG Auction Method for Quality Assurance and Efficient Task Allocation in Uniform Crowdsourcing Environment
Effective task allocation and quality control are pivotal in crowdsourcing environments, especially when dealing with homogeneous workers. This paper addresses these challenges by integrating the Vickrey-Clarke-Groves (VCG) auction mechanism with advanced computational optimization techniques. We propose a framework that leverages the VCG auction method to ensure truthful bidding and optimal task distribution among workers. Our approach simultaneously addresses task allocation and quality control by dynamically adjusting assignments based on real-time feedback and quality metrics. We also explore the impact of crowd dynamics on task performance and optimization, ensuring that our model adapts to varying crowd behaviors and maintains high-quality outcomes. This work provides a robust solution for optimizing task allocation and quality control in crowdsourcing platforms, offering significant improvements in both efficiency and reliability.
