Design of English Syntactic Analysis Model Based on Attention Mechanism

The study presents an English syntactic analysis model using an attention mechanism to improve parsing accuracy. By integrating attention layers with a neural network, the model captures long-range dependencies in sentence structures more effectively. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms traditional methods, particularly in handling complex syntactic constructs. Results indicate improved precision and recall metrics, validating its robustness in various linguistic contexts. This approach offers significant advancements in natural language processing, contributing to more accurate syntactic analysis for applications in machine translation and language understanding tasks.

Abstract

The study presents an English syntactic analysis model using an attention mechanism to improve parsing accuracy. By integrating attention layers with a neural network, the model captures long-range dependencies in sentence structures more effectively. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms traditional methods, particularly in handling complex syntactic constructs. Results indicate improved precision and recall metrics, validating its robustness in various linguistic contexts. This approach offers significant advancements in natural language processing, contributing to more accurate syntactic analysis for applications in machine translation and language understanding tasks.
