2D/3D Integrated Phototransistor for Broadband Artificial Synaptic Applications
We demonstrated a neuro-inspired optical sensor based on 2D WSe<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> with high visible photo detecting performance and a 3D GaN film with unique UV absorption capability, enabling the integration of optical sensing and synaptic simulation functions into a unified optoelectronic artificial synapse.
