Vibration modal analysis of wheel-rail coupling system for metro vehicles
When the track structural components of the intrinsic modes and wheel-rail coupling high-frequency vibration close to the resonance will occur, the resonance of the occurrence of the track components will be damaged, in order to study the intrinsic modal characteristics of the rail sleeper and the wheels, and then study the underground track components of the intrinsic modal characteristics of each component with the intrinsic modal characteristics of the components of the characteristics of the resonance occurred in the text of the establishment of a finite element model of the wheel-rail coupling, the wheel and the rail of the contact between the spring-damping unit The contact between the wheels and rails is simulated by a spring-damping unit, and the modes of the track structure under the bogie load are simulated by using a double-wheel pair model arranged according to the bogie spacing. By changing the position of the wheelset, it is concluded that the position of the wheelset will not affect the modal characteristics of the rail in the vertical and lateral directions, and the vertical modal characteristics of the rail in the frequency range of 0-1200 Hz are all manifested as the bending vibration of the rail inside the wheelset and the bending vibration of the rail outside the wheelset.
