Research on the damage of the frame caused by wheel rail impact load under different track parameters
In order to study the effect of wheel rail impact load on fatigue damage of the structure, a vehicle track coupling dynamic model is established in the paper. Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis methods, the P2 resonance frequency of the wheel rail system is determined; Using the unevenness of saddle shaped welded joints as an impact load excitation model, a study is conducted on the dynamic response of the wheel rail coupling model under wheel rail impact load and the fatigue damage of the structure from the perspective of track parameters. This can provide certain assistance for future designers in selecting parameters for track systems. Based on the standards for rail polishing, as well as evaluation criteria such as wheel rail dynamic response, fatigue damage and vibration environment of the framework, the vertical amplitude polishing limit of rail welded joints is reasonably determined to be 0.3 mm. This polishing limit provides a reference for the formulation of rail welded joint polishing standards for urban rail transit.
