Route network rerouting planning based on elastic routing layer
Flight delays are an important concern in air traffic operation planning and management, and rerouting planning is an important countermeasure to provide new flight path trajectories for failed flights, reduce delay losses and improve airspace utilization. This paper proposes a rerouting planning strategy based on the elastic routing layer of computer network, and the rerouting planning is completed after the aircraft identifies the failure point to bypass the flight. The simulation conclusions show that after the occurrence of fault segments, the aircraft is able to switch paths to achieve the bypass operation, which provides a new idea for the rerouting path planning.
