Role of Artificial Intelligence in Language Assessment

Language assessment and evaluation is crucial for employment, education, and language proficiency. The current study covers a wide range of subjects, including automated scoring and evaluation, benefits and advantages, challenges and considerations, and future directions. AI can assist language evaluation in achieving previously unheard-of levels of scalability and impartiality while accounting for ethical considerations. The goal of this article is to comprehend AI's impact on language assessment and guiding for further research and development in this dynamic field.
