CULTURAL DIMENSIONS OF CONTEMPORARY CHINESE XIE-YI ART
Chinese Xie-yi art, a traditional form of Chinese art that has developed over thousands of years, has seen new advancements in contemporary artistic creation. This paper explores contemporary Chinese Xie-yi art through three cultural dimensions: cultural heritage, social development, and globalization. It discusses how contemporary Xie-yi art in modern society not only preserves the core values of tradition but also innovates and evolves in the context of globalization and cross-cultural exchange. The aim is to demonstrate, through multiple cultural dimensions, the multifaceted cultural significance and contribution of Chinese Xie-yi art in the process of globalization, particularly in the cross-cultural transmission and interaction between tradition and modernity, and between the East and the West.
