A NEW APPROACH TO ESTABLISHING NORMATIVE VALUES FOR THE PROPERTIES OF A TEST OBJECT
The article develops a method for establishing normative (nominal) values of characteristics of object properties when developing new testing methods, based on the use of errors and measurement uncertainty. The concept of metrological tolerance is introduced, the essence of which is the interval within which it is considered that the indicator corresponds to a certain level. A separate study is necessary in the issue of substantiating the relationship between the accuracy and uncertainty of measurement and the actual numerical values of the measurement results and substantiating the validation indicators of the method.
