FORMATION OF SKILLS OF FUTURE ARCHITECTS: A PROGRAM-TARGET APPROACH

Based on research, the article identifies the most important skills of the future necessary for the professional activity of architects in the opinion of students, teachers, employers and graduates working in the specialty: stress tolerance, creativity, sociability, project thinking, critical thinking. The analysis of traditional university activities for their impact on the formation of students' skills has been carried out in order to identify the most effective ones. Based on the data obtained, the target program "Formation of future skills" has been developed, consisting of three modules: informational, interactive and practical. The program was tested, which showed an increase in the level of formation of future skills in the experimental group.
