O Cálculo I no curso de Licenciatura em Matemática da Universidade Federal de Pelotas

This work is part of a research master's project at the Postgraduate Program in Mathematics Education (PPGEMAT) at the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel), which focuses on the subject of Calculus I in the training of mathematics teachers at UFPel. The general aim of this work is to analyze the teaching plans for Calculus I in the Bachelor of Mathematics Degree course (Integral) at UFPel, in order to identify possible changes and continuities in these teaching plans. The research is qualitative and uses document analysis as its methodology. In the documents selected for investigation, the syllabus, objectives, methodologies, forms of assessment and bibliographies were analyzed, with the theoretical basis based on authors such as Chervel (1990), Goodson (1997) and Tardif (2014). We found that there were changes and continuities in the teaching plans for Calculus I, among them: some specific content remained unchanged, such as limits, continuity and derivatives; the topics of methodology and assessment in the teaching plans from 2011 to the present day were excluded; the bibliography was modified, but the author Leithold (1982) remained a reference in all of them.
