BIOGRAPHICAL MATERIALS ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INITIAL STAGES OF A. MAKARENKO'S MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

Тhe article is devoted to the systematic coverage and generalization of currently known and documented biographical information about the initial stages of the managerial and pedagogical activity of the outstanding Ukrainian educator A. Makarenko. A set of biographical data on the circumstances of the initial stage of activity of A. has been opened and introduced into scientific circulation today. Makarenko in leadership positions in the field of education demonstrates a certain information deficit, which is due to such objective factors, as the temporal remoteness of the mentioned events, problems related to the wartime circulation, archiving and preservation of administrative documents, lack of living witnesses, etc. - all this makes it difficult to single out important regularities of A.'s managerial professional development. Makarenko. At the same time, a number of features of the management debut of the future author of the "Pedagogical Poem" attract attention: the lack of the possibility of purposeful formation of a complex of basic knowledge, skills and ideas in the field of professional management; extremely unfavorable socio-political conditions of professional activity, associated with military actions, the destruction of many social and economic institutions, frequent changes of power, severe material shortages, etc.; variety of types of administrative positions, including: inspector of a railway higher primary school, head of a city lower primary school, deputy of the provincial council, head of the section of children's colonies of the provincial department of public education. In all these positions, A. As a rule, Makarenko demonstrates an active professional position, regularly takes part in organizational and pedagogical initiatives, and shows innovative thinking. The systematization of biographical material lays the foundations for further systematic analysis of single, general and specific aspects of A.'s professional development. Makarenko, creates certain perspectives for a deeper study of the holistic phenomenology of his creative personality.
