FEATURES OF THE CONCERT MASTER'S WORK WHEN TEACHING UKRAINIAN AND FOLK-STAGE DANCE
The article analyzes the features of the concertmaster's work while teaching Ukrainian and folk stage dance. The role of a concertmaster in a choreographic class is considered. It was found that the activity of a concertmaster is a complex process that requires high-quality musical skills and a deep understanding of pedagogy and psychology. The importance of the development of musicality for the choreographer is noted, which involves increasing his ability to understand and interpret music in connection with movement. The coordinated work of the concertmaster and the teacher in the classroom makes it possible to solve artistic and pedagogical tasks: strengthening the emotional and expressive performance of exercises (made possible by live playing of the instrument), provides experience to future teachers of choreography in the selection of musical material, develops musical and aesthetic taste, etc.
