THE CONCEPT OF FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE TEACHING OF NATURAL SCIENCE DISCIPLINES
The modern state of civilization has shown the importance of the education system even more acutely. The world has become complex, interdependent, unpredictable in its development. The basis of the classical education system is the imperative to train a person who knows, while the world most needs a person who understands other people, other cultures, the specifics of modern life. The modern information society needs high-quality education, which is the basis of the intellectual potential of the nation, the professional competence of a person. Therefore, the analysis of trends in the modernization of education, in particular the introduction of various innovative technologies, is an urgent issue not only of theoretical study, but also an important practical task of today. To ensure effective professional training, reorientation of social consciousness, acquisition of qualitatively new knowledge and skills is necessary. Under these conditions, the education system in the 21st century is increasingly turning into a basic branch of society, which, on the one hand, is a source of formation of worldview, value priorities and readiness for active action, on the other hand, it forms and develops a person who is ready for changes in a dynamic world. This is what determines the content and goals of pedagogical activity, which must meet the demands of the time. One of the factors of revising and updating the principles and methods of pedagogical practice is the teacher's possession of modern innovative technologies and their use in his pedagogical activity. The study of objective and subjective factors that facilitate or hinder these processes is definitely an important task for the modernization of the educational space.
