A Distribution Network Optimization Operation Method Considering Extreme Uncertainty Scenario
Under the dual-carbon target, the proportion of new energy in the distribution network has increased significantly. This paper presents an optimal operation strategy for distribution network under extreme uncertainty scenario. Firstly, for the uncertainty at both ends of the source load of the distribution network, we use the scenario method to effectively characterize the uncertainty. We generate scenarios through a stochastic simulation method, and use the reverse scenario reduction technique to achieve scenario reduction and screen out extreme scenario. Subsequently, based on the extreme scenario data, we constructed a distribution network optimization operation method considering extreme uncertainty scenario and adopted an improved particle swarm optimization to improve the computational efficiency. Taking the IEEE 33-node system as an example, the results show that the proposed method is feasible.
