Evolved Gambling Analysis of Power Industry Innovation Alliance Under the Chain Leader System
This paper discusses the challenges our country faces in key areas of core technology, where we remain dependent on others, with high-end manufacturing equipment reliant on imports, and bottlenecks in critical links of the industrial chain. The focus is on the unique advantages of the State Grid Corporation of China as the leader of the industrial chain and its pivotal role in fostering collaborative innovation across the chain. Using evolutionary game theory, a three-party model is established involving the “chain leader,” “chain master,” and other members, to analyze the behavior and evolutionary stability strategies of each player. The study also explores the key factors influencing the modern power system's industrial chain. Results indicate that factors such as the subsidy intensity provided by the chain leader, regulatory costs, and the reward-punishment mechanisms significantly affect the high-quality development of the industrial alliance. Finally, the paper outlines the State Grid's path to fulfilling its role as chain leader through three mechanisms: leadership, research-engineering integration, and industry-university-research-application coordination.
