The Analysis of Power Transmission Effect Industrial Chain Based on a Univariate Multiple Lag Regression Model

This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the upstream and downstream power transmission mechanisms in key industries within Specializd, Refined, Distinctive, and innovative (SRDI) “Little Giant” enterprises. Firstly, data preprocessing is performed to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Then, basic statistical analysis is conducted to understand the fundamental characteristics of the data. Finally, a univariate multiple-lag regression model is used to model four industries. The model results indicate a one-month lag transmission mechanism between the oil and gas extraction industry, metal products industry, and general equipment manufacturing industry, while a three-month lag transmission mechanism exists between the science and technology promotion and application services industry and the metal products industry. These findings provide valuable support for the rational allocation of power resources and the formulation of related policies in the future.
