A Two-Stage Robust Planning Method for Microgrid Considering Flexibility Supply-Demand Balance
The microgrid plays an important role in regulating flexible resources as an aggregator of multiple types of distributed resources. To deal with the source-load uncertainty in the microgrid, a two-stage robust flexibility resource capacity allocation model is developed to obtain the optimal resource planning and scheduling scheme under the worst-case scenarios. Firstly, the uncertainty set on the source-load side is proposed through the forecast deviation, and the uncertainty regulation parameters are introduced to flexibly adjust the conservativeness of the scheme. Secondly, the interval method is adopted to portray the flexibility demand of the microgrid, and the system flexibility supply is modelled by analyzing the flexibility resource regulation characteristics. Then the flexible resources capacity allocation optimization model is established in order to achieve the system flexibility supply-demand balance. The planning scheme is solved by the Columns and Constraints Generation algorithm (C&CG). Finally, the validity of the proposed model is verified by a microgrid case study, and the planning results achieve the balance between the economy and flexibility of the microgrid.
