On Source-Network-Load Multi-Body Economic Operation Planning Strategy Considering Transmission Blockage
Aiming at the problem of how to improve the economic efficiency of multiple subjects of source, network and load and give full play to the role of nodal tariff signals under the spot market of electricity, a kind of optimization strategy for economic operation planning of multiple subjects of source, network and load taking into account transmission blockage is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of the relationship between the source, network and load participating in the spot trading of the power market, the relationship between the nodal tariff position signal and the influence of the “source, network and load” multiple subjects is elaborated. Secondly, the node price and its volatility are introduced as the evaluation index of transmission blockage, and on this basis, the multi-principal economic benefit calculation model with the goal of optimizing the comprehensive benefit is constructed. Finally, a typical 6-bus 14-machine node model is utilized for simulation and analysis to establish a typical scenario of transmission blockage occurring in power spot market transactions, and to study the impact of node tariffs on the economic benefits of multiple main bodies of the source network and load under the power spot market. The simulation results show that the node tariff location signal can judge the line blockage, form optimization strategies, and guide the power supply side to reasonably plan the energy supply and the grid side to reasonably plan the investment in the planning stage of the power market operation, so as to reduce the cost of electricity and improve the efficiency of the load side of the electricity, which in turn provides a scientific basis for the enhancement of the comprehensive economic efficiency of the source network and load multi-body.
