Research on Temperature Rise Prediction and Operation and Maintenance of High Voltage Switchgear Based on BP-GA Algorithm

Due to the complex internal structure of the switchgear, strong tightness and other factors, the current-carrying failure rate has been maintained at a high level. At present, the temperature sensor is mainly used to monitor the switchgear in real time, establish the relationship model between current and temperature rise, and study the temperature rise prediction model of switchgear; According to a large number of existing, historical and real-time monitoring data, the use of BPGA algorithm temperature rise trend prediction, in advance to find the fault, leave enough time for equipment maintenance, avoid accidents, to ensure the stable and safe operation of the power system. Simulation experiments show that compared with the traditional temperature rise prediction method, the average absolute error of the optimized BP-GA algorithm is 7.9% and 7.5%, respectively, and the running time of the algorithm is 0.216s. The feasibility and efficiency of the algorithm are verified, and the operation and maintenance efficiency and accuracy of the high voltage switchgear will be effectively improved after the application.
