The Optimal Pricing Strategy for Travel Cost Budget Electric-Transportation Coupling Network is Considered

With the large-scale development of electric vehicles, it is of great significance to study how to effectively consider the user's travel behavior mechanism and formulate a reasonable grid charging price for the collaborative optimization scheduling of electric transportation network. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a charging station pricing strategy considering user's travel cost budget in electric-transportation coupling network. Firstly, a transportation user's equilibrium model considering travel cost budget was established, and variational inequality was used to equivalently describe the equilibrium state, so as to describe the travel demand and charging behavior of electric vehicles. Secondly, a second-order cone optimization model of distribution network considering power reduction was constructed, and the charging station pricing problem was transformed into an optimization problem with variational inequality constraints. To solve this problem, an alternating iterative algorithm and an outer gradient algorithm are designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified by an example, and the results show the necessity of considering travel cost budget in coupled network pricing.
