Parameter Identification of Induction Motors Based on D-Axis Signal Injection
In high-performance vector control systems for induction motors (IM), accurate parameters are essential for precise torque control. This paper aims to reduce the complexity of parameter estimation implementation and enhance the accuracy of parameter estimation. In this paper, an induction motor parameter identification method based on d-axis signal injection is proposed. First, without modifying the basic framework of the vector control system, four different d-axis injection methods are employed for parameter estimation. Next, the influence of the excitation branch in the equivalent circuit is considered, improving rotor resistance identification accuracy and reducing sensitivity to injection frequency. Additionally, a comprehensive parameter identification scheme is developed by optimizing the sequence of signal injections. Finally, a series of experiments is conducted to verify the performance of the proposed method.
