Research on Suppression of Rotational Speed Fluctuation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Hall Signal Prediction

This paper improves the existing rotor information estimation methods and the fault-tolerant operation methods for sector position errors. To transfer the advantages of the closed-loop model-based estimation method to the model-free estimation method, the existing interpolation-based method is mapped from the field of numerical fitting to the field of control. By introducing the closed-loop method, the suppression efect of this control system on noise and disturbances is enhanced, while maintaining its model-free characteristic. On this basis, in order to achieve fault-tolerant drive control and sector position error identification of the Hall sector position error in low-end scenarios, by reconfiguring the sectors of the multi-Hall sensor system, fault-tolerant operation and control of the Hall sector position error that can be directly driven without “preprocessing” are achieved, while maintaining the model-free feature to support its practical application value in large-scale applications in low-end scenarios.
