Influencing Factors Analysis of PV Hosting Capacity
Photovoltaic (PV) is one of the most important renewable energy sources, and its accessible capacity is restricted by various factors. Present research focuses on considering influencing factors as constraints for evaluating PV hosting capacity (PVHC), few studies explore the effects of influencing factors. To compensate for the shortcomings of present research, the main work of this paper is as follows: First, a PVHC evaluation model is established, in which PV constraints and safety constraints are considered. In addition, the effects of influencing factors in evaluation model on PVHC are explored by binding constraints in different distribution systems. The influencing factors of PVHC are divided into temporal factors and non-temporal factors. By analyzing the effects of influencing factors, the strength and scope of constraints are explored. Studies have shown that temporal factors have a strong effect on PVHC, and some non-temporal factors have strong effects on PVHC.
