Machine Learning and IoT-based Smart Agriculture Monitoring & Control System — Greenovation
Traditional agriculture faces significant challenges due to resource inefficiency, labor scarcity, and outdated practices. This paper proposes a smart agricultural system that leverages sensors, automation, and machine learning to optimize resource utilization, automate tasks, and accurately detect plant diseases. By providing real-time data and insights, the system aims to enhance productivity, sustainability, and farmer decision-making. The system's core functionalities include real-time environmental monitoring, automated irrigation based on real-time data, machine learning-based plant disease detection, wireless data communication via IoT, and sustainable power generation through solar panels.
