Optimization of Buckling Stability of Spring Operating Mechanism of Vacuum Circuit Breaker Based on Tolerance Chain Simulation
This research focuses on optimizing the latching stability of spring operating mechanism. By analyzing the mechanical properties of the tripping mechanism, identifying key components, and investigating the impact of the latching volume on the circuit breaker's closed state, a dimensional chain model is established for tolerance chain calculation and analysis. It is found that the existing spring operating mechanism have insufficient tolerance matching, leading to deviations in the latching volume from the ideal range. Employing tolerance chain simulation, critical components and their dimensions are determined, assessing their sensitivity and contribution to performance. Integrating stress simulation analysis to account for the influence of key component deformation, design tolerances are optimized to meet technical specifications. This study effectively enhances the design reliability and operational performance of spring operating mechanism.
