Evaluation and Allocation of Operational Efficiency of Muti-Shared Energy Storages in the Distribution Network

With the introduction of the dual-carbon target, the construction of a new power system mainly based on new energy is progressing gradually, and multiple shared energy storage(SES) will be built in distribution stations to address the adequacy and flexibility caused by a high proportion of new energy. To realize the efficient call-up of multiple SES, attention needs to be paid to the comprehensive contribution of each SES to the distribution substation area. In this paper, we propose a model for evaluating and allocating the operating efficiencies of multi-SES in a station area, which takes into account the impacts of SES operation on the economy, reliability, and environment of the station area, reasonably evaluates the comprehensive operating efficiencies, and realizes the allocation of the operating efficiencies of each SES in the station area based on the Shapley model. The results show that the proposed method can effectively quantify and allocate the comprehensive performance of different SES and promote the efficient utilization of SES.
