Lecturers' academic performance is one of the important indicators in improving the quality of education in higher education, especially in relation to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely teaching, research, and community service. In this study, lecturers' academic performance is analyzed based on several main indicators, including the number of scientific publications, involvement in research activities, contributions to community service, and effectiveness in the teaching process. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through a survey distributed to lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, as well as through analysis of available lecturer performance documents, such as research reports and journal publications. The data were then analyzed to identify patterns of academic performance and determine areas that require improvement. The results of this study indicate that there are variations in the academic performance of lecturers, both in terms of the number of scientific publications, involvement in research, and effectiveness in the learning process. Some lecturers have excellent performance in scientific publications and research, but others need improvement, especially in community service. Based on these findings, recommendations are given to the faculty to provide further training and support for lecturers who need it, as well as to encourage the creation of a more productive and collaborative academic environment.
