FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEMS AND ITS IMPORTANCE FOR RUSSIA
The article reveals the author's approach to understanding the category of "investment climate" of the region as a set of political, socio-economic and financial conditions in the region in which the investor can carry out his investment activities.The components of the region's investment climate are analyzed based on the assessment of investment potential and investment risk.
