The method of program-target planning in design electronic libraries

The article outlines practical approaches to project management, provides a general description of the program-target planning method. The main aspects of project management are highlighted, in particular the principles of creating organizational structures, project financing and ensuring the quality of management. It has been proven that a systematic approach to the application of the method of program-target planning is key to the successful implementation of the "Documentary Memory of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra" project.
