Developing Educational Environment: Concept and Basic Principles

The article analyzes the features of the formation of a developing educational environment in the context of digital transformation. The importance of this process is determined by a number of factors, the most important of which is the rapid development of information technologies and their introduction into all spheres of society, including the educational process. A key role in this process is played by the formation of a developing educational environment capable of adapting to the individual characteristics and needs of each student, while ensuring his comprehensive development and preparation for effective functioning in a changing world. One of the key characteristics of such an environment is its focus on the individual needs and interests of each student. It is important that the educational environment takes into account different learning styles, which allows each child to reach their potential. The developing educational environment plays a key role in shaping the personality and ability of students to adapt and self-development. It creates conditions for active cognition, stimulating curiosity and critical thinking. The importance of such an environment lies in its ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, which contributes to a deep understanding of the educational material. Another feature of the educational environment is the active involvement of students in the learning process. This includes a variety of activities: game techniques, project tasks and research that contribute not only to the assimilation of knowledge, but also to the formation of critical thinking. In a developing educational environment, students become not just passive listeners, but active participants in the learning process. In addition, a developing educational environment should be supportive and inspiring. This means creating an atmosphere of trust where students feel comfortable experimenting and making mistakes. Interaction with teachers and peers also plays an important role, contributing to social and emotional development. Thus, the developing educational environment is a multifaceted system aimed at the comprehensive development of personality and successful socialization of children. Creating such an environment requires teachers to apply innovative methods and approaches aimed at involving all students, regardless of their level of training.
