Old Romanian Books in the Axente Sever Village (Sibiu County)

In order to reconstitute the circulation of the Romanian books in the locality, the author has consulted the documents held in the archives of the cultural and ecclesiastical institutions of both Alba and Sibiu counties. Also, during the field research stage several prints (nine volumes, ten copies) have been identified, all stored in the library of the local Greek Catholic parish. The specialized bibliography was a precious scientific source in the creation of an overall picture of the collections of Old Romanian Books owned by the Orthodox or the Greek Catholic parishes.
