STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS OF CORRUPTION
The relevance of the proposed study is determined by the fact that the use of intellectual resources as a factor of production is complementary and leads to a decrease in the consumption of other factors of production. At the same time, there is a transition from the traditional industrial economy on the basis of tangible property objects as the basic source of added property to intangible objects that form the "knowledge economy" (or "neo-economy").It is these processes that the domestic economy should characterize today, which determines the relevance of developing a single concept for the formation and use of intellectual capital in an innovative economy.
