Sobrecarga no Treinamento Físico - Monitoração Bioquímica e Hematológica
The article discusses the importance of monitoring physiological responses in athletes, highlighting the limited use of biochemical and hematological tests in the practice of Brazilian coaches. The research, conducted over four years, was divided into three stages: the first focused on correcting conditions that could affect results, the second involved blood collections during training and competitions, and the third stage consisted of analyzing the obtained data. The results indicated that inadequate monitoring could compromise training effectiveness and athlete health, suggesting the need for a more systematic approach grounded in the use of laboratory tests.
