An algorithm for building and implementing a threat management system and a threat leveling system, as well as a system of indicators for identifying threats to the state of security of Maxima Group LLC in the economic sphere under conditions of foreign economic pressure, are proposed. The implementation of these proposals will allow the company to timely identify and minimize threats to economic security in the context of the implementation of foreign economic decisions made by unfriendly countries and retaliatory measures by the Russian government.

The indicators of the effectiveness of smoothing threats to economic security that are characteristic of a retail company are examined, evaluates the effectiveness of leveling threats to the economic security of Maxima Group LLC related to foreign economic sanctions, and builds a system to counter threats to the economic security of this company related to foreign economic sanctions. The substantiation of the selection of the main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of leveling threats to economic security, which are characteristic of a retail company: the number of alternative suppliers, the growth rate of the number of new customers, the growth rate of sales of marketable products, the number of analog goods of domestic production, etc. As a result of the study of the effectiveness of the system for leveling threats to the economic security of Maxima Group LLC, inefficiency in the direction of “cost control”, insufficient efficiency in attracting alternative suppliers was revealed. The strengths include leveling the threat of a decrease in demand through effective advertising and expanding the range of products – analogues of domestic production. Threats to economic security have been identified related to a decrease in the level of financial stability, a decrease in the ratio of accounts receivable and accounts payable, the cancellation of supply contracts due to the introduction of foreign economic sanctions, a significant share of foreign suppliers, and an increase in the cost of purchased goods, equipment, and materials.
