This study aims to analyze the impact of incentive provision on employee performance improvement at PT. Multi Guna Equipment, Jakarta, with a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 32 employees, with a Likert scale (1 to 5) to measure the variables of incentive provision and employee performance. The analysis was performed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 26 software. The results revealed a very strong relationship between incentive provision and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.852. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 72.6% indicates that incentives account for 72.6% of the variation in employee performance, while 27.4% is influenced by other factors that are not studied. The regression equation obtained is Y = 10.643 + 0.833X, suggesting that for every unit increase in incentives, employee performance rises by 0.833. The hypothesis test resulted in a t-value of 8.915, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.042, confirming that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, indicating a significant influence of incentives on employee performance. These results aligns with previous research findings that also demonstrate the significant influence of incentives on employee performance across various organizations. It underscores the importance of providing appropriate incentives to enhance employee motivation and performance, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
