Evaluation and optimization strategy of urban wharf spatial quality based on AHP and Kano model Take Pujia Pier of Hangzhou Canal as an example
In the present era of rapid urban development, the canal transportation function of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has gradually transformed into a scenic leisure function after its cargo transportation function declined, relying on its rich historical and cultural heritage to become a precious waterfront space integrating cultural and leisure functions in high-density urban areas. In order to explore the degree and characteristics of the public's perception of the dual cultural and leisure values of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Hangzhou after its function transformation, and to improve the satisfaction of waterfront space users, it has always been the goal of designers. This paper selects the Binjia Canal Wharf in Hangzhou, a typical waterfront public space, as the research object, starting from the users' satisfaction degree to evaluate and screen the importance of influencing factors of Binjia Canal Wharf, and uses the AHP hierarchical analysis method to quantitatively analyze the importance of space evaluation of Binjia Canal Wharf. The POE comprehensive evaluation index system and initial evaluation results are obtained. On this basis, the Kano model is used to comprehensively consider the importance and satisfaction, and the POE improvement weight and the urgency of factor improvement are obtained, in order to provide certain basis for the quality improvement of Binjia Canal Wharf, a public waterfront wharf space in Hangzhou, and to provide certain methodological reference for the improvement and upgrading of other public waterfront wharf spaces.
