RESEARCH OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS OF EPOXY POLYMERS MODIFIED WITH COPPER AND AMMONIUM PHOSPHATES
The paper presents the data reflecting the influence of copper (II) solutions of orthophosphate hydroxide in the mixture H3PO4: (NH4)2HPO4 = 10 : 1 (wt.) on the combustion process of polymers based on epoxydian resin ED-20 and hardener triethylenetetramine. It was found that during the combustion of the designated objects carbonized phosphates and (poly)oxonitrides of phosphorus are formed. Copper plays the role of a catalyst in the processes of coke layer formation, the structure of which is largely determined by the amount of gaseous products.
