Experimental study on alkaline pressure leaching of tungsten from tungsten-tin ore
This article adopted the pressurized alkaline leaching method to leach tungsten from tungsten-tin ore. Mixed tungsten-tin ore with NaOH and place it in a 2L pressure vessel under experimental conditions: NaOH addition 300g/L, temperature 150 ℃, L/S ratio 2:1, particle size<0.075mm, time 180 minutes, tungsten leaching rate of 95.53%, tungsten content in leaching slag reduced to 0.11%, tungsten existed in the leaching solution in the form of Na2WO4, achieved tungsten-tin separation.
