Case analysis of integral installation technique for offshore wind turbines
The integral installation technique for offshore wind turbines is an efficient offshore construction method. This technique is to assemble the tower, turbine and fan blade into a integral, and some auxiliary fixture will used for the integral offshore wind turbine installation in the wind power farm. Based on an offshore wind power project, this paper discusses the technical scheme and offshore construction technology of the integral installation for single pile foundation wind turbine. Combined with the local hydrological conditions, the hydrodynamic analysis software MOSES was used to analyze the motion response of the offshore wind turbine and the lifting-crane during the installation, so as to provide numerical reference for the installation and construction. Based on the calculation results, the offshore operation conditions were determined and the installation was completed successfully.
