Standardized and scalable method for stromal-vascular fraction harvesting from adipose tissue
Objective. To develop a standardized and scalable method for stromal-vascular fraction harvesting from adipose tissue. Material and methods. We describe a standardized and scalable method for SVF harvesting from adipose tissue. These methods are aimed at improving the reproducibility of results and ensuring the safety of cellular product. Results. The proposed method allows SVF harvesting in the operating theatre that minimizes the period between lipoaspirate collection and injection. Conclusion. Standardization of SVF harvesting processes contributes to its wider application in clinical practice, increases the effectiveness of cell therapy and improves treatment prognosis.
