Analysing the Impact of Second Gas Component on Pulse Pirani Gauge

Abstract This numerical study investigates the influence of a second gas component concentration on Pirani gauge readings. The analysis aims to provide insights into how the presence of additional gas components affects the accuracy and reliability of Pirani gauge measurements. By simulating different gas mixtures and examining the resulting readings, this study sheds light on the complex interactions between gases in Pirani gauge applications.
