Development Of Boundary Determination Method Using Virtual Technology

Abstract Economic policies are essential in governance, including allocating village funds. An important factor in the distribution of this allocation, especially in the formula allocation, is the valid village area based on the clarity of inter-village boundaries. Different village administrative areas in each agency make it difficult to determine the reference for the allocation of village funds, so it is necessary to map accurate village boundaries to determine a valid area, as is the case in Pehserut Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency, East Java. This research aims to map the boundaries of Pehserut Village using a hybrid combination of cartometric and participatory methods with internet-based media and virtual applications. The results show that mapping village boundaries using this method can be done effectively and efficiently. The boundary determination can be done at different times and places, while the agreement process is done at the same time but in different places. The results of the administrative area of Pehserut Village based on the RBI boundary of 2.718.323,207 m 2 the Dukcapil boundary of 2.402.527,723 m 2 the boundary of Pehserut Village of 2.286.952,358 m 2 the boundary of the bordering village of 2.325.784,157 m 2 the agreement boundary of 2.287.662,231 m 2 . The results of this research are presented in the form of a digital map of the Pehserut Village boundaries.
