TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN MERGERS AND ACQUI-SITIONS MARKET

The article discusses the issues of mergers and acquisitions in domestic practice, their forms and industry-specific features of transactions. The reasons for making transactions are highlighted, and the de-pendence of the growth of transactions due to the withdrawal of foreign investors from the Russian market. The interrelation of transactions in industries and the banking sector of the economy is determined. The strengthening of competition in the Russian market of mergers and acquisitions and the concentration of capital in economic sec-tors is justified.
