THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE ENTERPRISE OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX BASED ON THE CREATION OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION

The article provides an analysis of the ex-ternal and internal environment of a mili-tary-industrial enterprise. A strategy has been developed to increase production ca-pacity by building high-tech production equipped with additive machines. The cal-culation of cash flows showed a significant reduction in production costs, particularly for innovative elements with improved to-pology.
