The article examines the problems of transport damage to commercial vehicles supplied to dealerships. The risks of organ-izing the supply of commercial vehicles based on the principles of parallel import are considered. The target function of the total possible losses from transport damage to commercial vehicles during delivery to dealerships is developed.
