Comparison of Transmitting Different Frequencies for Fiber-Based Radio Frequency Transmission

This paper presents a stable fiber-based radio frequency (RF) transmission system and investigates the effect of transmission frequency on the system’s frequency stability. By changing the frequency of the signal source, the stability of the system transmitting 100 MHz, 2.4 GHz and 10 GHz signals is performed. The results show that in a specific frequency range, as the transmission frequency increases, the system’s stability improves accordingly.
