Investigation of the Energy Performance of a Hot Water Production System

This article shows an engineering - based approach for assessing the energy characteristics of an active solar hot water production system. The article presents a hot water production system. A methodology for calculating the efficiency of solar collectors is presented, and their energy characteristics are studied. The obtained experimental data are compared with the characteristics declared by the manufacturer. In conclusion, an analysis of the system's effectiveness in real operating conditions were made. Ways and methods have been sought to obtain accurate data under real operating conditions, with the importance of correctly evaluating these data.
