Analyzing Coronary Artery Deformation Based on Intravascular Ultrasound Simulation and Deep Learning
A method of generative ultrasonic simulator is presented to synthesize intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images from cross-sectional vessel masks. The framework consists of forward and backward generator, discriminator and FEM module. The result shows that proposed framework generates IVUS images of deformed vessels under target intraluminal pressure, which is in correlation with numerical calculated results.
