An Accurate Auto-Diagnosis Ultrasonic Model for Battery State-of-Charge Estimation Through Pulse-Echo Testing Approach
Accurately determining the state-of-charge (SoC) is crucial for the efficient operation and management of batteries, yet conventional methods relying on current and voltage monitoring can be invasive and disruptive. This paper proposes an advanced ultrasonic pulse-echo model as a non-invasive solution for real-time SoC estimation. By leveraging the reflection of ultrasonic waves through the battery, this model offers a precise and cost-effective approach without the need for continuous electrical data collection. The method is designed to address challenges such as signal interference during battery discharge, improving the accuracy and reliability of SoC monitoring. This work aims to contribute to more effective battery management systems by offering a robust and scalable solution for SoC estimation in various applications.
